ELIMINATION OF BIAS CLE TRAINING
At The CLU Studio, we go beyond traditional lectures to offer a dynamic, game-based, learning experience that addresses implicit and explicit bias, diversity and inclusion in the legal profession, and cultural sensitivity when interacting with the public, judges, jurors, litigants, attorneys, and court personnel. Our virtual and in-person elimination of bias training for new and experienced attorneys, not only satisfies the CLE requirement, but it also equips your firm with the tools to foster a more inclusive work environment. WHY CHOOSE OUR ELIMINATION OF BIAS CLE TRAINING?

  • Interactive Sessions: Our MCLE trainings are not passive learning experiences. They are engaging, dynamic, and require participation to foster genuine understanding and change.

  • Game-Based Approach: We use games to encourage emotional risk-taking and empathy, crucial for tackling implicit bias.

  • Tailored Content: Each session is research-based and curated to address the nuances of bias within law firms, focusing on race, gender, and diversity.

  • Flexible Delivery: Whether your team is remote or in the office, our training is available both online and onsite to fit your firm’s needs.

CLE TRAINING MODULES

  • Virtual Bias Busters: Dive into our virtual game-based CLE training that pinpoints and tackles biases in a safe, controlled environment.

  • In-Person Interactive Workshops: Experience face-to-face sessions that challenge and expand your firm’s perspectives on race, gender and culture bias.

  • Law Firm Bias Solutions: We offer specialized modules that focus on identifying and eliminating bias in legal settings.
