Emotional intelligence has become one of the most sought after skills in the business world. The ability to understand the social, emotional and cultural implications of one’s own experience, as well as the experience of others, is an essential waypoint in the journey to becoming a great leader. The Emotional Intelligence Series was created to help business professionals develop their emotional intelligence through dialogue, gameplay, and self reflection.
The series is a collection of 4 sessions: The Unlocking Awareness Workshop, The Unlocking Awareness Group Discussion, The Unlocking Empathy Experience, and The Unlocking Allyship Panel. Led by The CLU Studio founder, Steffon Isaac, each session focuses on a different aspect of emotional intelligence.
