Diversity Equity and Inclusion conversations feel psychologically unsafe for many who don’t have the experience or the language to comfortably engage in meaningful dialogue. The CLU Studio creates experiences, organizational resources, and games, harnessing the emotional risk-taking inherent in gameplay to give individuals the permission and freedom they need to explore sensitive topics without fear of being judged by their peers.
